Healthy Grain Free Banana Pancakes

Here’s a delicious, healthy, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and soy free recipe. Use organic ingredients if at all possible.

2 – Eggs
1 – Ripe banana
1 – TSP Raw organic Chia Seed
1/4 – TSP Pumpkin pie spice
4 – Drops cinnamon bark essential oil or to taste (make sure it is CTPG certified therapeutic grade oil that can be used internally)
8 – Drops of liquid Stevia or 1 tbsp of honey or agave
1 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil

Optional:
1 TBSP almond butter
2 drops wild orange essential oil for orange cinnamon flavor (Make sure it is CTPG certified therapeutic grade oil that can be used internally)

Directions:

Peel banana, slice and place in a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Add in 2 eggs, essential oi, chia seed and stevia. Mix everything together with a fork. Place coconut oil in a skillet and heat on medium high. Pour in batter and cook it like a pancake. It will usually take 1-2 minutes on each side. Top with organic maple syrup or Kodiak brand fruit syrup.

Note: Because of adding therapeutic essential oils not only does it taste good but you get the therapeutic benefits in increasing metabolism and emotionally assisting to create a feeling of abundance and calmness.
