Peppermint Healthy Fudge

This is a desert that you can feel good about indulging in.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. coconut oil
1 1/4 c. agave
1 c. organic cocoa powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 scraped out vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
1-2 drops peppermint CPTG essential oils (I offer a better tasting quality oil)

Directions:
Warm coconut oil until liquid. Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly. Place in fridge to set up; then cut and enjoy.
